You may have noticed that all of our coffee carts

You may have noticed that all of our coffee carts are cashless. Why is this? Because, as with all of our business decisions, it is the more sustainable option. The environmental cost of cotton paper notes has been assessed in a study at 1.3 to 1.5 times that of debit cards transactions. Switching to Point of Sale equipment shifts the environmental impact of payments onto electricity consumption (which we offset). So, here’s to a cashless, more sustainable future.
